‘The Norfolk Constabulary’ means The Norfolk Constabulary, Child Protection and Abuse Investigation Working Group, based at Norfolk Constabulary, Operations and Communications Centre, Jubilee House, Falconers Chase, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0WW
"The Children's Society" means Church of England Children's Society, a charity registered under number Charity registration number: 221124, Company registration number: 40004-C England, VAT registration number 626649317; having its registered office at Edward Rudolf House, Margery Street, London WC1X 0JL;
"Website" means csepoliceandprevention.org.uk, a website under the control of The Children's Society from which a link has been created to these terms and conditions;
" Material" means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on the Website;
"User" means the individual, firm, company or organisation accessing this Website (‘you’)..

2.1 The Website is owned and operated by The Children’s Society (“We”), and the Material has been delivered by The Norfolk Constabulary, and any use made of this site, are subject to these terms and conditions. Users should seek appropriate advice before taking or refraining from taking any action in reliance on any information contained in this Website. So far as permissible by law, The Norfolk Constabulary does not accept any liability to any person relating to the use of any such information.
Whilst The Norfolk Constabulary and The Children’s Society have taken every precaution in compiling this site neither it nor any contributors to the site can be held responsible for any action (or the lack thereof) taken by any person or organisation wherever they shall be based, as a result, direct or otherwise, on information contained in or accessed through this internet site.
